All orders are considered complete only after the payment terms and conditions are met, or has been received by Madi International as confirmed by our Accounts Department. To confirm the orders, Madi International may contact Customers who have placed orders through the Website and ask the Customer a verification question. Madi International will confirm the order only after the verification question is answered by the Customer. Once the purchase of the item(s) is confirmed by the Customer, Madi International will arrange to pack and deliver the product to the Customer.

Credit Card/Debit Card payments Via (POS) on Delivery:
Customers can make Credit card payments using his/her credit/debit card at the point of delivery; Facilitated by the our delivery team and we as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on account of the Cardholder having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time. In the event the bank rejects to honour any payment transaction made by a Customer towards an order, Madi International shall have the right to refuse to ship the order to the Customer without any liability whatsoever.
Cash on Delivery
At the time of reading this Terms, Cash on Delivery (COD) is only available in the United Arab Emirates, and may not be available for certain oversized items. At the time of checkout, if you are unable to see the option for Cash on Delivery, it would mean that this option is not enabled for one of these reasons. Apart from that, you may choose to select this as a payment option.
Customers can make payments via bank transfer, for authorized and verified accounts who have accepted the terms and conditions. In the event the bank rejects to honour any payment transaction made by a Customer towards an order, Madi International shall have the right to refuse to ship the order to the Customer without any liability whatsoever.
At Madi International, we are committed to making our delivery process as quick and pleasant as possible, because we know how important it is that your goods arrive on time and in perfect condition. In the region, we work with Aramex, Agility, GWC Company and by Madi to provide you the quickest service and the best prices. All shipments made from approved Orders are shipped using a 3rd party fulfillment service and our own fleet. Please refer to the terms and conditions of Aramex, Agility, GWC Company for more details on shipment details.
We also provide a tracking code - as provided by the 3rd party service which the User can use to track their shipment.
Return and Exchange
We appreciate your business and we want you to be 100% satisfied with our merchandise. If you are unhappy with your order, get the merchandise exchanged/cancelled within 5 days. The exchange depends on the availability of the merchandise requested by you, In case if the requested merchandise is not available we will credit your bank account as per the refund policy.
We will accept the return or exchange from United Arab Emirates only.
Any refunds due by Madi International to the Customer shall be made in the following manners:
The credit card account of the Customer will be re-credited with the refund amount by the Madi International. The refund amount will be credited to the Customer’s account within the time span stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit card; or
Deposit or wire transfer:
The refund amount shall be deposited into the bank account of the Customer by Madi International within ten (10-15) business days after the receipt of request for refund by the Customer has been approved.

Usage of Promo code by the Company
Madi International has the right to refuse the usage of any promo code at any point of time. Promo codes which have expired cannot be used on the Website. Madi International can at any time ask the Customer for the proof of having received the promo code. Promo codes can be used only on specific orders as deemed fit by Madi International. Promo codes at Madi International’s discretion are applicable on certain items, on specific orders, or on specific dates and occasions. Promo codes cannot be clubbed with any other offer running on the site.
