How can I pay for my order?

As part of the purchase agreement with Madi International, you will make arrangements to pay for your goods. You can opt for payment via credit card, bank transfer or cash on delivery (COD). You also have the option to use our escrow services in which case we will get in tough with You.

How Can I buy on Madi International?

Here are the steps:
1. Register as a (Business) or (Professional) – We will guide you on the registration process with our customer service executive.
2. Customers of the product assortment are clearly shown with the product details and you will be able to connect and message our Digital Sales or Customer service through our platform.
3. If you require a new product assortment or trial, you must connect with the Sales through Tech team to inquire about the products you are interested in and come to an agreement on your order details.
4. After alignment you can place the order and a customer service representative will call you immediately. 5. Once the transaction is complete, the invoice will be shared for payment process on delivery and receipt by the customer. (Optionally if you are an existing customer, your products will be delivered within 12 hours if the order is placed before 1pm. And the payments will be handled with the Business credit facility.
6. For the payment you can opt for Cash on Delivery, Credit card payment POS, Cheque payment, Bank Transfer, or Utilize existing credit facility (for existing clients only) & Special payment terms for custom orders. Does MB2B deliver?

Yes, we offer support on domestic and international logistics. Please reach out at support@madi-intl.com We are authorized to deliver in UAE, KSA, BAHRAIN, QATAR, OMAN, LEBANON, KUWAIT

Can I pick up my order directly from the showroom?

Yes, you may choose to pick your order from any of our showrooms selected during the order. Please be aware of the business timings of the location. It is recommended to call the showroom to confirm if the order is ready and the store is open. Please select the contact location from our store locator page.

How can I get my order?

Your order will reach your designated delivery address. If you wish to change the address, please call our customer service directly or drop us a mail immediately. The process is automated, and if the order is already dispatched it cannot be recalled.

Can I get my order delivered outside of UAE?

Yes, we can support with the deliveries outside of UAE to authorized destinations.

I don’t find the product I’m looking for, can you source it?

Yes, we can help source if for you. Please email at support@madi-intl.com if you are a non-registered customer or if you are a registered customer please contact our digital sales or customer service via our digital channels on the portal.
